Others will hate this but it works, especially as its only a spacer. Wrap the broken bits tightly with electrical tape, the force of the dropouts and axle will keep it all together. I did this on one bike and it lasted for over a year until I got round to sorting it. You did say ghetto fix right? ** I take no responsibility if this method fails and you kill yourself **
