The frame came from Hilary about 16 mos ago, here's what he had to say:
"This Gazelle road frame is NOT a Champion Mondial but it has been nicely repainted in typical Gazelle road bike
colours - its in excellent condition and will make an very good budget conversion for a taller rider.
Seat Tube (ctc): 60cm (23.75in)
Top Tube (ctc): 59cm (23.5in)
Rear dropout width: 126mm
Wheel size: 700C/sprints with a brake drop of 54mm
Seatpost size: 26.0mm
Bottom Bracket threads: English"
Don't know the tubing, I'm afraid.
