Put them on photobucket, then copy and paste the "direct link" into the window that pops up when you press the little yellow mountain picture. Delete the first "http" bit, otherwise you'll have it twice and it won't be right.
Or use the search and look for "how to post pictures". There's even a thread for practicing somewhere.
