Neil Orrell Track

the paint is really quite battered and apparently orrell oversees it himself... but agree it would be puppy killing.

I think the stem works in a weird way. its not conventional for sure, but Id be loathe to build another 80s track bike with regular bits..

I guess someone like Mercian could do a nice job. Might be worth looking around for decals.
