Assuming the wheels are original, you can date it quite accurately: Maillard hubs use a plain date code. There will be two pairs of numbers: the first two are the week of manufacture and the second, the year. You'd do well to get £100 for it and there are enough in circulation that no-one will pay to ship it here I'm afraid.
