I've been very much on the fence regarding Critical Mass and whether it's still relevant given the mass proliferation of cycling in London during recent years.
If this "Solidarity Ride" goes ahead, either as a mass, or off the back of it without very vocal opposition from a large number of frequenters then London's CM is, in my eyes at least, a dangerous threat to all cyclists without a hidden political agenda. It is wrong for some Olympic objectors to use this as an excuse to stage their next battle against some perceived injustice.
