Last time I play devils advocate in the hope of engendering open minded conversation on a subject we all profess to love, only to be shot down by a bunch of dick heads who claim to be the more experienced and 'enlightened' members here.

angel, this forum is full of snobs and protohipsters who hate on hipsters because hipsters became mainstream, I will let you decide which is more retarded, and to show how much they are into cycling [not all of people on here, mind] they drool over some boring shitty bikes posted in this thread [just search for "but its period correct" comments] with no soul or wear on tires.

I am willing to bet £100 that I have ridden more in the last year than both of you put together.

I am not shitting on people building whatever bike they like - I couldn't give a toss about NJS, period correct or anything else (just see my bike collection for proof - they are all build to be ridden). I was just poking fun at people who want NJS, but have no intention of riding track, that is all. Just a bit of a laugh, that's all.

This place used to be fun.
