Steel but not sure what exactly? It was originally decked out in Campagnolo Super Record, so it has to be good. The only thing left from it's original incarnation is the Campag Super Record headset (with replacement spacer) still nice and smooth.

Running 5 speed screw on but I think 6 speed would be best.
Previous owner hacksawed off mudguard bolts unfortunately, a pity but I guess you could get them out somehow. No major issues. Bit of paint loss here and there. I can throw in a cheap saddle too.
