It did look a little blocked up Whitehall this morning, and empty on the Mall diversion around St James' Park as everyone (five cars in a row) were just pulling massive U turns when I went there.
I wasn't sure if it's because I was running quite late or if it was because of the Olympics. I guess it'll really start to cook up on Wednesday when the lanes get turned on.
Have we established if we're allowed in those on bikes yet?
