The direct route takes you to the Hell of Stratford
Take one of the side routes up to Wansted- then to the Green Man Roundabout.
This has proper cylce tracks and you can then emerge onto Whipps X road
Either cut across Leytonstone- there is a cycle route , or take the direct route up to the Lea Bridge Rd via the Whipps X roundabout
Then Lea bridge Rd- Clapton- Dalston - Islington - Roseberry Ave and down though Holborn - Convent Garden - Picadailly and then Hyde Park Corner.
