Just finished my build, finally. Fitted the cog, lock ring and chain and guess what, it sounds like a tank. Anybody any ideas what it could be? I was thinking chainline possibly.
Parts I'm running are a Sugino RD2 bb, Mavic Ellipse hub on back, an EAI Goldmedal 15T, Sugino Messenger 44T ring and Izumi Super V if that's a help.
I've tried slackening the chain off a bit and it still makes a racket.
