They've got virtually no ventilation. I've used Uvex, Giro and LAS TT helmets all with visors and misting is a big issue particularly in rain or damp conditions. TT helmets generally have minimum venting to make them more slippery. I've also used a Casco Warp a couple of times (only for racing TTs) and it mists worse than any other helmet I've tried. I couldn't see jack. Scary at 40mph on aerobars!
Even when misting isn't an issue your vision is more restricted in any TT/helmet with a visor. Safety your priority? Avoid!
