  • I'm off on a bit of a walk next week and trying to plan food for a 10 day trek through the Pyrenees.

    Currently on the menu:

    • Porridge made with water, chocolate and raisins
    • Cous cous/pasta with powdered sauce and peanuts
    • Trail mix/GORP
    • Flapjack (home made and packed with calories)

    Any other suggestions for simple meals?

    And yes, I know I'm going to have to carry a lot of food!
