One way street. Primary school. Cars parked on alternating sides of the street. Traffic humps.
19.82 mph is the current KOM.
I would say that is already too fast to be considerate, especially given that the segment ends on Sawyers Hill in RP.
That type of segment and the inability to report it without recording yourself riding it is exactly what I dislike about Strava. You don't need to have recorded a ride to know the roads.
