• Not very impressed with Rutland at the moment.

    Everything looks to be in stock so I ordered Tuesday morning and they take the payment immediately. Today I get an email saying part of my order is out of stock and won't be in for a while. I chose a substitution but that was also out of stock - it turns out there is only one type of thing that I want in stock, out of about 15 choices on their website.
    Whoever I was dealing with was polite and helpful but it seems pretty underhand to advertise things you don't have and then take payment immediately. Not to mention the delay in letting me know what was going on...
