Interns, well, we got one electronics kid coming in from uni over summer.
Metalwork side, anyone wanting to do some interesting but unpaid work who have some metal working skills probably welcome. Got to come upto Cumbria though ;)
Steering is like a shopping trolley. Powered by a single engine, which drives a pair of hydrostatic drives, each drive is totally independent from the other. Linkages drive them between forwards and backwards, they have ridiculously fine control and we've used them on vehicles around the 1t mark without problem. With that motor, probably do 20-25mph, drives could take more, but frankly its more than quick enough.
Yeah its for offroad, only trouble with vehicles like this is there aren't many places you can use them legally, unless you own half of yorkshire lol
