Have done - did the Urban Hill Climb on it last year - was absolutely pissing it down on the ride in to work, and the ride from work to Swains, and for my run up the hill. It then almost immediately stopped raining, and the rest of the evening was really pleasant.
The wet weather braking properties of swissstop yellows on zipps were interesting to say the least - thankfully stopping isn't really required in hillclimbs, but getting to the start was a challenge.
