To Quote a well known tennis player. "you cannot be serious" Blue tack has a difficult job holding bits of paper on a wall.
The part is the outer cable stop for the rear bake cable at both ends of the top tube. Its only the inner cable that runs inside if the frame. But thanks anyway for you input.
