Wanted: 23.8mm clamp drop handlebars (alloy)

Need a set of the above, proving hard to find in this obsolete size. Preferably alloy, but may possibly settle for a steel pair. This size is from old british bikes, so if you have a pair that you know are from an old british bike and are a bit smaller than the usual, you might have what im after :)

• Given up, bought a new-old 25.4mm one, therefore have a quill stem with a 23.8mm clamp spare if wanted.
