Probably ok. I'd look online and on eBay for that cheap Singapore Shimano stuff. It isn't expensive. The better Shimano freewheels are the 600 and Dura Ace models, but those later ones like the one you posted are Hyperglide which has its advantages when it comes to indexing in my opinion.
6 and 7-speed isn't too hard to index with a fresh chain, cassette, and Shimano shifters of the correct speed. Campag 8-speed shifters will index over a Shimano 7 block too, due to the same sprocket spacing.
