I have an old cinelli stem (1a?). The clamp bolt is an allen key at the back, smooth face at the front. When I turn the allen key the front face turns too so I cant undo it or tighten it. I've tried prising the clamp open a bit to get the front to get a bit of purchase but no luck. I'm looking at sawing/ drilling out the bolt and replacing. Any other ideas?
