I suspected it was a 2006 or there abouts Langster frame, perfect for a new commuter. I had all the parts to build it up, but found it only has a 1" head tube. It doesn't look like any Langsters came out like that. It's fairly light alloy with teardrop shaped main tubes, and a relatively distinctive rear brake bridge.
Thoughts, oh wise brethren of LFGSS?
