Swimming

I accidentally kicked a lady in the ladyparts at masters a few weeks ago. Fun times.

Did a bit of IM to round off my swim last night and discovered my butterfly (not a euph) has gone to pieces. I'd really like to get some tuition on fly, back and breaststoke.

Ouch ! (although i am finding that funny)

I have been frog kicked to a boobie once overtaking someone, my fault ! Had a toe nail scratch (Eeeewwww) and was bruised for a week !

I'd like tuition on my Breast stroke - thats my worst stroke. It's finding the time though.........
