It's all a bit People's Front of Judea, having all these little campaigns about individual areas and opinions. If you care enough to organise something like this then why don't you organise it by promoting a cohesive, sizeable and intelligent campaign through the existing cycle campaigning bodies, such as the LCC, CTC and indeed the Times, and having something rather more effective than this amateurish ill-conceived rubbish?
I know trying to do that might seem like herding cats, but this seems like a childish student prank. By someone with an unpronounceable name.
