sdw - the rack is in the car park behind my office. There's power in the attendant's hut a few feet away. If you were able to do it that would be simply amazing.
The rack is one of those lame thin ones that people can just load complete in to a van, and under normal circumstances I'd be all for sawing straight through it, but sadly it belongs to the landlords not my company and we've pissed them off quite enough recently. Plus I'd then still have a lock attached to the bike that I can't remove. I have absolutely no information about the lock other than make and model and the fact I bought it in Teddington about 10 years ago. Probably wouldn't get very far with a new key on that.
