I'd love to see it again powdercoated, put some pictures up!

Top Tube CC is 54cm
Seat Tube CC is 50cm
Head Tube is 16.5cm
Track spacing (120mm back and 100mm front)
Bottle boss on the down tube.
No rear brake eyes on the top tube.
Rear wheel bridge can accomodate a brake, front fork is drilled.
It is a 2007 Limited Edition Potenza. This is made from Zero Replica steel (same as the current Condor Acciaio) so was the model above the Pista at the time. The frame number 01/07363 shows that it was built in Jan 2007 and no. 363 out of the factory and was originally black when new.

Condor still has one is stock (abeilt in 49cm) but it has rear brake bosses on the top tube:

2007 RRP for the frameset was £699 so that's a really good deal...
