theres a uk ebay seller that sells some, also 21.1mm quill-threadless adapters which I bought for a 1st gen raleigh mountain bike, they used that size too.
the ebay seller has bankrupt in their name, either bankrup surplus or bankrupt bike parts, theres a few with similar names
