I lost the barrel adjuster and spring to my mech; if you don't get any joy, go to the Campagnolo website
http://www.campagnolo.com/jsp/en/doc/doccatid_1.jsp
and look for the part number of the spring, then order from local bike shop. Mine got the spares within the week.
