It's slowly coming together very well, the next step is;

campag aero seatpost to replaced the Sugino one.
48t TA chainring.
campag F&R derailleur.
Simplex Retrofriction shifter (already got them, just need to installed them).
Campag/Mafac drilled brake levers.
Cinelli Giro D'Italia handlebar (possibly).

other than the Simplex levers and non-aero seatpost, this describes my tourer to a T;
