Almost done collecting parts..
Pantographed Shimano aero seatpost. Drilled as well. It has an 'upside-down' seat clamp and a screw to ensure the seat angle.. is this normal for these posts?
Shimano PD-A550 pedals
Turbo Special saddle
Cinelli Stem + 3TTT bars. Will probably use the Nitto bars and Dura Ace stem from my Lo-Pro project as well.
Campy Strada 170 crankset, 50T chainring
Cleaned these bits, they still look usable
