I know that bloke.
Worked with him for years .
He used to ride his very expensive custom racing bikes to work every day, these were like £10k+ bikes.
Always getting into accidents with vehicles back then, used to 'race' as opposed to ride normally on the road always with his head down whilst listening to rave/trance music on his minidisc player, probably now uses mp3...
Local boy, shaved bald head, earrings, very Bristolian accent...
Of course none of that means he was behaving badly on the day in question.
However the second video appears to show that the original incident wasn't much of an incident if tis was what started it all off, the bus was way ahead and indicating, he's not in a position in which you would ever expect him to slow and wait for you to go past.
It does seem that he might have been looking to take offence at the bus driver's driving. So he's driving along makes a pretty reasonable manoeuvre next thing he's got someone yelling and banging on the window. It doesn't excuse the offence but I can understand now why the sentence was reasonably light.
