Difficult to know exactly whether the clip at 30 seconds is the original incident or continuation from something that had already happened, but that blokes cycling is beyond 'assertive' in the manner that he wants the lane. The bus is way in front of him and clearly indicating. Very odd that the clip is cut just as they're coming together.
Obviously doesn't condone what followed, but if this is what caused the cyclist to be angry enough to start a proper argument with the bus driver then I reckon he was being a bit of a dick.
