psee, have you soaked the whole BB in a proper penetrating oil?
You could build a reservoir around the BB with an old milk bottle and maybe some plasticine then use a can of penetrating oil (you can buy it in litre plus cans from auto spares places) leave it soaking for fucking ages - really days and days- and then use the Sheldon bolt trick.
Nice frame. I really like the seat stay to binder transition.
