Yep. Tried wrench, vise and that Sheldon bolt & nut way. None worked. British bb so should unscrew clockwise.
Will give it one more shot then i'll take it to a welder to have a bar or something welded on.

I once cut a BB cup out with a dremel. When trying to unscrew the cup, it broke, leaving only the threaded bit inside, and nothing sticking out anymore! So I had to cut a slot in the remains of the cut, bent it with a flat screw driver, and managed to break it. A bit dangerous as you can damage the shell's thread. But I miraculousely managed to take it out with no damage... You could try that if you want to save money at the welders...
