are there any measures as an onlooker that i can take to try and stop an anxiety attack coming on? a good friend is yet to be diagnosed (has an appointment) and suffers daily attacks of wanting to vomit, feeling spaced out etc all topped off with huge anxiety. it's not nice to watch.
