Did I tell you about the time Jules and I went in a shop in the Dam - asked what sandwiches they had? - he said 'We have the sandwiches of the ham' long pause 'and the sandwiches of the cheese'.....'and' long pause 'we have the sandwiches of the ham AND of the cheese......'
