I used to get them - smoking Skunk and drinking, not eating much, smoking on a hangover - racing heart, palpitations, feelings of doom, cold sweats
Had a really bad one about 6 years ago after a night on Jager bombs - fucking never again
I get a dead arm quite a lot at night - sleeping on it funny - wake up and think I've stopped breathing/having a heart attack - not funny at the time but looking back it amuses me I have to lift my 'dead' arm out of the way often and it feels like it doesn't belong to me
