When I had the first one I hadn't been drinking so not sure if it's related to that or not.
I wouldn't really consider myself to be easily stressed, almost the opposite in fact. I suppose I have got a lot going on just now though with uni and thinking about moving abroad after that finishes and stuff so maybe a bit subconsciously stressed.
Does it have to be a paper bag you breathe in/out to?
Doctor told me not to use a bag as that was for hysteria not panic attacks. Slow, deep breaths work for me.
