Bad traders

I'm not going to write down the whole story because I don't want to relive the rage I felt.

don't do it, they're not bike people just mean, dumb and greedy box pushers who hide behind a website, cannot be reached by phone and don't even dare to put their names under quite unpleasant e-mails.

I have no saddle as I returned the regal, hence awaiting refund/right saddle
I said to the guy (te riel) I would come and sort it out and he practically challenged me to a fight.
Imagine I end up putting him on his back and end up in trouble for a 60 euro saddle!
It does appear he's a box pusher, and he must have a load of aggro as he does not list a contact phone number on his site.
I transferred from a bank account, so have no recourse there, the other option is to report the return as theft, I have proof of delivery, a recipients name, and Te riel will not acknowledge receipt
