Haven't done anywhere near enough miles yet to say. I don't really notice that they're not round, but other than that I can't really say, particularly since I'm trying them for the first time along with a new, much much stiffer frame, new wheels, different gearing and I'm back on a road bike after about 6 weeks of riding exclusively fixed. I figured they were worth a shot since in my researches I came across very few complaints and seemed like the best case scenario was they reduce fatigue and knee troubles allowing you to ride longer/harder and recover better, worst case they're no better than round.
Thinking about pulling out. The guys organising it are sending texts saying all is well and we're definitely on. Meanwhile the TV/Papers are saying it's getting colder than ever, will certainly be snow and ice and to not undertake unncessecary journeys...
