When I have some time, over the weekend or otherwise I'll plan a rough route.
Thinking about it, would we be better to start in London? Head up along through Essex (relatively flat) and then out to Norfolk?
London to Dereham (near Norwich) is about 100 miles. My folks live there so that could be a handy pit stop. From there we can head up Norfolk follow the coast around and down towards Yarmouth then head in to Norwich on that road.
Norwich means It's easy for everyone to head home/ eat their own weight in pizza.
