Straight with all threads good but cosmetically challenged with some surface rust. Has mudguard eyelets and brase-ons for a rear rack, one bottle cage and a pip to locate band on down tube levers.
Made for 27" wheels but 700c work fine as in pictures (wheels not included).
Comes with SR Laprade fluted seat post (27.0 I think and moving freely), bottle cage, Wienman centre-pulls which will do 27" or 700c, a Tange Allez headset which is good except for a rusted lock nut and a freecycle stem/bars/lever combo.
Gives a very comfortable ride. Was bicycle of the year in 1983. I believe it is the same frame as a Holdsworth Mistral so can be refinished as either. I recently had one painted by Mario Vaz and for an extra £20 could have had canti bosses added.
