ouch. I know they're not a real bike shop (where peple knwo what product is what) but more of a bunch of box-pushers who buy large amounts of bike goods and sell them with a little profit. haven't seen the negative press yet, I'll check into it
but do you still have the receipt and the wrong saddle? my feeling is you should be able to solve this by a claim for a refund, if I were you I'd go visit the shop (even if you live up north) with the wrong saddle and ask for your money back.
