And if you had the reg of some regular car with a TFL minicab sticker in the rear window and it wasn't a large firm (no livery), you would do what exactly?
The police won't tell you who it is, you don't know who the minicab works for, and would the controller give a shit?
And we're back to the ideal being that the police do their job, but seeing that Dawn feels that they didn't in the past, why should she hope that they would now?
