I don't think Smiff's comment was unreasonable, I don't know Dawn, I only follow her on twitter but she has had a run of bumps recently. London is not a safe city to ride in, but and I emphasise again that I do not know but it is not beyond the bounds of possibility that she is inadvertently doing something that makes her vulnerable to the errors of others.
I think most people can always benefit from training in whatever they do.
