Apparently was being undertaken by a taxi, she braked, and it hit her which subsequently knocked her off.
She's alright (according to Twitter feed), but the Taxi driver allegedly shouted at her before he drove off. Another cyclist had to chase the taxi to get the registration plate.
She is probably not going to report it as she doesn't see the point in doing so (again, from her Twitter feed).
Importantly: She's alright.
