Got a very nice pair of Campag Record small flange track hubs for sale.
It's a complete wheelset, but as they're tubs I'm not really factoring the rims & tyres into the price that much at all.

Rear Wheel: 700c 28 spoke 14 Radial and 14 Tied and Soldered Campagnolo Record Hub; Mavic Mach 2CD2 Aero Rim; Vittoria Corsa CX tyre
The hubs are buttery smooth and spin forever. Come with original track nuts.
