Get wider rims, you'll thank me later. 23mm rims work perfectly well with 23c tyres, so you can still race on them, but that extra 3mm is 20% on the inside width, which makes a huge difference when you're using bigger tyres.

I'd only be using 28mm maximum and that'll only be on times when I'm touring. What rims would you recommend then?
