I believe mine is the same - 53cm, maybe 54cm CTC. I'm 5'10" and find it perfectly comfortable with a 90mm stem. Bear in mind, I have never been professionally fitted for a bike so for all I know I could be doing untold damage to my musculo-skeletal structure. Comfy though.
