Yeah but the politicians will still try to spin it so that they can blame someone else. I honestly do not think that Sarkozy actually gives a shit about the economic survival of France or the Euro he just wants to keep his job. As long as he is seen to be doing something and diverting attention away from himself he will believe that he has a fighting chance.
